“I found Klaus Thorsen through various local web sites with high recommendation. I needed some special shelving units and cupboards to be built in my study. The space was complex due to it being in a loft extension and my requirements were very specific. Klaus took my very rough drawings and measured up perfectly to adapt this to the actual space. The quality of his work was perfect and I am delighted with the result. As important was his attitude, which including being punctual almost to the second, being excellent to work with, ensuring not a speck of dust remained after he had finished and keeping perfectly to schedule. Indeed the only problem is that Klaus is booked up for several months in advance!! I would HIGHLY recommend him”

“Without a doubt the installed wardrobes and cupboards are fully worthy of a 5* review. From the moment of the first visit to the end fitted result, we are over the moon. The design, the cost and the timely speed to be on site and fitted was brilliant. We live in a static houseboat on the river Thames and storage is at a premium. “We use Nathan for this project at my barbershop in Balsall Common he did all the design could not fault him superb service very attentive paid massive attention to detail listen to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I wanted cannot fault the quality of the finish as well of the highest standard absolutely great project love working with his boys and it shows as since we have opened in September every client loves the look the finish on the quality of what he has done.!! “I had two wardrobes installed and some shelving made. Jonathan at Refined Trades provided a excellent service. The wardrobes were bespoke and built to a high quality, the price was competitive too. Communication through out was good and he went out of his way to ensure we were happy with end result.. Highly recommend.”
