10/10 would recommend Ionel and his team. We used them for carpentry, plumbing and electrical work for our house and they did a phenomenal job. The work was of the highest quality (especially hard given some of the carpentry needed to match the existing cupboards in the house from a different vendor) and was done in a timely manner. They even managed to install an extractor fan in the bathroom without cracking a tile. What we valued the most was that they took great care of our home and Iionel was responsive and cooperative in all communication. He went out of his way to help us out with some additional bits for no extra charge. We will definitely go back to them for all future building works and would happily recommend them.

Ours was a small job to turn our old dining room into a kids playroom for our grandchildren. Carpentry skills used to build, install and paint two floor to ceiling storage cabinets with shelves either side of an old chimney breast were good. Painting over old wallpaper and woodwork good. Design input good. The team turned up every day to work on the job. Cleaned up afterwards.

Sirox Construction performed a number of improvement projects for me during Spring 2023. Firstly, Lonel the company owner, who is a master joiner, fixed a flight of stairs that had become unsafe. He then built a new flight of stairs from my landing to the kitchen. Because I was pleased with this work, I asked Lonel/Sirox to strengthen the wall above the stairs, including installing a new lintel, replacing a window and replacing a sky light as well as replastering the whole area. I then asked him to build us a new flat roof above our kitchen and bathroom. Sirox used new techniques (ie, not asphalt) for this work. Lonel used his team of a roofer, bricklayer, assistant joiner, plasterer and decorator to complete the strengthening and roof work. Lastly, Lonel sourced and relaced all the vintage floorboards on my landing. Sirox also performed several smaller maintenance/repair works for me including replacing skirting boards, painting and some plumbing. I might add that Lonel and his team were courteous, polite and friendly at all times. I would have no hesitation in using Sirox Construction for further building and maintenance work on my property.

I would highly recommend this company, they installed a new staircase in a Victorian terraced house and transformed an old coal bunker under the stairs into a useful storage area. The work is to a high standard with attention to detail, completed in a short timescale.
