The design, the cost and the timely speed to be on site and fitted was brilliant. We live in a static houseboat on the river Thames and storage is at a premium. “I found Klaus Thorsen through various local web sites with high recommendation. I needed some special shelving units and cupboards to be built in my study. The space was complex due to it being in a loft extension and my requirements were very specific. Klaus took my very rough drawings and measured up perfectly to adapt this to the actual space. The quality of his work was perfect and I am delighted with the result. As important was his attitude, which including being punctual almost to the second, being excellent to work with, ensuring not a speck of dust remained after he had finished and keeping perfectly to schedule. Indeed the only problem is that Klaus is booked up for several months in advance!! I would HIGHLY recommend him”

“I hired Carter Van Hagen to make me a built in wardrobe for my bedroom. Throughout the whole project they were very collaborative and accommodating to my needs and at the end of the project I was thrilled with the results. Definitely recommend and will be using for future projects!”

“I had two wardrobes installed and some shelving made. Jonathan at Refined Trades provided a excellent service. The wardrobes were bespoke and built to a high quality, the price was competitive too. Communication through out was good and he went out of his way to ensure we were happy with end result.. Highly recommend.”
