He worked closely with us and our builder throughout the process to insure that the integrity of his conceptual design was realized. Ignacio chose low maintenance contemporary building materials and techniques to give us a unique design that took full advantage of the views afforded by the site. He is very accommodating to our likes and needs regarding interior design issues of which he is also very adept. Ignacio worked tirelessly to locate alternative acceptable products and solutions to help keep us within our budget. His positive, friendly, and accommodating personal demeanor has made the project fun and exciting for us. He has made our dream house come true. “Lex has a high degree of knowledge with structural and engineering aspects of design, so important for integrity of the project but also greatly streamlined the print review and permitting process. Lex also offers an amazing level of architectural design and detail that create a unique and blended project with the existing home. One would be hard pressed to find an architect with Lex's level of expertise, knowledge of architectural elements, along with such an amiable and pleasant attitude. Lex listened well to my ideas and wants, and did an amazing job of designing and incorporating my vision into his amazing vision. Couldn't be happier.”

“We hired Agruppo to design this addition for our home. Andrew listened, engaged us in dialogue and pushed us to imagine the best design and usage for our needs. We could not be happier with the entire process and, of course, the final product- our amazing sleeping house! We came in with ideas and Andrew added his magic and turned our dreams into a fantastic reality. Agruppo designed the entire project and also oversaw the construction phase. What we appreciated most was his honestly and attention to detail. Just as impressive was his directness during construction when things (as is the norm during construction) didn't always go as planned and the fact that he kept us within our budget.
