“Lex has a high degree of knowledge with structural and engineering aspects of design, so important for integrity of the project but also greatly streamlined the print review and permitting process. Lex also offers an amazing level of architectural design and detail that create a unique and blended project with the existing home. One would be hard pressed to find an architect with Lex's level of expertise, knowledge of architectural elements, along with such an amiable and pleasant attitude. Lex listened well to my ideas and wants, and did an amazing job of designing and incorporating my vision into his amazing vision. Couldn't be happier.”

“Franklin Zaldivar researched and designed a fireplace mantel for our 102 year old home. Carlos Zaldivar contracted the carpenter and the tile expert. The mantel is beautiful and looks as if it was built at the same time as the house. Our home is now the jewel of the neighborhood.”

“We hired Ricardo to design our new house and were extraordinarily pleased with the floor plan he produced for our 2 acre lot. Our parameters included: a large open Greatroom/Kitchen/Breakfast area, Dining Room, Living Room, Office, Master Bedroom, and Bedroom #2 downstairs, and then upstairs Bedroom #3, Bedroom #4, and an Activity Room over the 3-car garage. Ricardo took great care to meet our room requirements while also superbly incorporating views of the back yard swimming pool area from the Greatroom, Breakfast nook, Living Room, and Master Bedroom windows. Additionally, he creatively designed a 2nd floor terrace exiting the Activity Room which took advantage of the long-distance western view. Clearly a man who loves his profession, Ricardo was a pleasure to work with. Throughout our association, he always displayed courtesy, high interest and energy toward us as customers. And thanks to his timely work, we'll pour the foundation "on-time" in September of 2013.”

“Ryan Schmidt assisted me with two National Register of Historic Places nominations: The Light House in San Antonio, Texas and the amendment to the nomination of the Goliad Courthouse Square in Goliad, Texas. It was imperative that the nominations have professional architectural input. Ryan's knowledge and experience were invaluable to the success of both projects. His helpful attitude, and his ability to meet the deadlines required were exceptional. .His maps for both projects were detailed and correct. His plans and descriptions for The Light House were very professional, and the nomination was approved by the Department of the Interior in 2011.The Goliad project is being completed (2014) by the Texas Historical Commission.”
