This project is now in its 4th and final year, covering 8 condominium buildings. His architecture drawings were thorough and were the basis for contractor bidding; He remained involved to inspect the stages of completion in each building. He participated in a process where he met with the facility manager and the general contractor project manager weekly. This enabled the establishment of a punch list each week of items to be resolved and ensure that a high level of quality was maintained throughout the project.”

Unigue and truly creative designs with impressive followup and I rarely give recommendations.”
