“We met Denise, the head behind Preschel Design Studio, back in 2016 when my wife and I decided to build a custom house for our family in Miami, Fl. We had actually already chosen a different architect but decided to meet with Denise anyway as part of a due diligence process we wanted to follow. Upon meeting her our immediate impression was that she was far too young for the project at hand but by the end of a one-hour pitch meeting we decided on the spot that she was the right person for the job.
