MIK Architecture is a modern-style residential architecture firm working with developers and investors to create desirable and marketable spaces. The company (founded by Architect Matias Daroch) helps Real Estate Developers, looking to build modern-style residential projects in Miami, get a high-value return on investment; on time, on budget, and delivering the projects with enthusiasm it deserves. Matias Daroch, AIA, NCARB, and Chilean Registered Architect, came to the US as a developer investing in residential projects. He soon found himself learning zoning codes and building codes in-depth, to better understand them and maximize his return on investment, something few developers took the time to do for their projects. Soon after, he began working and studying until he got his architectural license to practice in Florida and founded MIK Architecture. Today he works side by side with Chilean architect and developer, Pablo Allamand, in all types of Residential Projects in the Miami-Dade area, ranging from single-family, low-income houses to multifamily projects, going through Luxury housing.

Use them please. I found them on HOUZZ hunting because all these architects in miami are either overpriced, too busy and don’t know what they are doing. Prior to using Matias my architect before charged the same and didn’t even know my house needed a septic tank. Take it from someone very picky and meticulous. If you are considering them I wouldn’t second doubt it. Personalized, hands on, customer advocate, focus on your needs and not the trend, and the list can go on and on with positive feedback. Will use them again and again

It has really been a true pleasure being here in the sky! Matias Daroch, you made it all possible. There are some people in this world who are kind and gentle, mild tempered, and who have the patience of a saint. You are one of those people.Always firm, always knowledgeable. You dealt with any and every kind of vendor that came to do their work on our apartment. You made sure that all issues were easily taken care of. We were pressed for time, and you made it happen. You even helped us find furniture that went beautifully with our magical apartment, even while we were away.
