Ms. Karegeannes took her time, and gave my husband and me plenty of time, coming up with a kitchen renovation plan that covered all the bases for our wants and our needs, and she made the most of every inch of space we had! She has a very good understanding of practical use of space, and placement of appliances and cabinetry. Her kitchen designs are beautiful AND functional! She "held my hand" on some parts of the project and stepped back and followed my lead at other times. I found out throughout the entire project that Ms. Karegeannes REALLY knows her trade. “My family and I used Rob Koch to design a complete renovation and expansion of our summer place in Hendersonville NC. The design was fairly challenging due to the age of the existing structures and the desire to blend the expansion and the original cabin into a cohesive unit without sacrificing the traditions and unique features of the original. This was a major two-story project involving the design and building of a new kitchen, two new bedrooms, a huge recreational area/loft, two new bathrooms, a washer and dryer area, two water heater closets, and the renovation of a third bathroom and a second loft. We are now enjoying the new, expanding house with no problems. Rob did an excellent job on all aspects of the project, from helping with the conceptual vision, working with us to fit all of our plans into a limited footprint, making all of the architectural drawings which our contractor found to be outstanding, comprehensive, and clear, and he made several trips up to NC to inspect the progress of the contractor and advise us as the project moved forward. I heartily recommend Rob Koch for his architectural skills and diligence and for his ability to turn a vision into a reality.”

“ArchiPars did a fantastic job translating our vision for a new updated space with creative solutions and an elegant design. At the first steps of our project, while we had some problem with our previous Architect, after hiring ArchiPars, they looked at the space and came back with several alternatives that made our life easier. We loved two out of five and eventually proceeded with the most favorite one, which was really creative and cost effective. They all are really nice with good communication skills and we loved their professionalism. They showed really proactive and it was a enjoyable project in overall. Would work with them again if we have enough money to do similar things.”

“We hired Maria Clara during pre-construction as our Interior Architect when we purchased our 4 thousand square foot apartment. She did all the interior design for the spaces including kitchen, bathrooms, all millwork and finish selection. She also did the decoration, including furniture, window treatments, paint selection and wall coverings. Maria Clara is detailed oriented, very organized, we had a great experience with her because she really listened to us and designed spaces that feel up to date and contemporary, as well as practical and well thought out. More than twenty years later we have not changed her original design, we still live in the same space as Maria Clara designed it.”
