Excellent job by designing a floor layout for me. They are very organized and responsive, professional with lots of GREAT ideas. I was in touch with the founder Alie who was very dedicated and patient with all changes I have been requesting for, Price was good and at the market range. The good part was the flat rate with no hourly or hidden fees. Final products was clean and easy for permitting. My GC told me your Architect was a good Architect when he received the drawings from me. The reviewer also gave my a good feedback about the permit drawings when I was trying to be appreciative for the fast permitting process and he said you should thank to your Architect, since they provided whatever we need to issue the permit. Great team in general. I appreciate their professionalism. Frank

I would rate them more than five stars, if it was possible. These people are great. Specifically Ali, who is very professional, organized and mindful. ArchiPars was introduced to us by a friend that had hired them early last year for a sunroom project and they were so happy with them. We hired them actually for a floor plan reconfiguration and entire home remodeling and they really did great even more than scope of work. Ali was very patient with a lot of changes we made during their design and he always had great input and ideas. When we ended up with a design, we spoke to our GC and we noticed the project is beyond our budget and ArchiPars made some changes for us and was able to calibrate the work based on our budget. The work was smooth during construction and Ali was involved in the entire process and the result was what exactly we expected. everything on time, and every thing perfect. We really appreciate them and will definitely use them for a new design home we plan to do hopefully next year. we really recommend them if you are looking for a reliable, creative and organized company who answer all emails and all phone calls. lol Thank you ArchiPars!

Ali said he would communicate with land survey company and submit all permits as part of their $8,200 in design scope. He forgot to forward the city’s response comments and their revised drawing they sent us. He made submission mistakes, and finally back peddled to not handle anything with the surveyor or responses to the city. He blamed the city, their portal, the client - everyone but himself. All of the designs we received were not usable and inaccurate. $8,200 for nothing but aggravation. My designer partner had to hold his hand on the smallest of design changes and he still messed them up. Once we dropped him and I started over with the survey company we finished our lot split, plans, and renovation in 4 weeks - after he had been spinning our wheels for more than several months. Do yourself a favor and use another firm. Worst value, designer, and customer experience we have had in 25 years in the real estate investment business.

Prepared several remodel options that we were not excited about and insisted beforehand that we pay for 3D renderings of them. We agreed to the 3D renderings since it was a flip and we thought the renderings may help us sell before construction was done. However, we didn’t use any of their designs, so it was a big waste of money. We also found the firm to be a bit slow and not detail oriented. Their as-built drawings were off which created last minute changes.

I have no regrets about choosing ArchiPars for my architectural needs. They walked me through each step, and explained the design in such a simple way. Everything that I asked for was included and approved by my State’s building department. I will highly recommend ArchiPars to anyone!

We all agree that considering a residential expansion project while living in is a cumbersome undertaking that requires a careful and calculated planning which starts with appointing a right architect to draw a precise blue print of the desired scheme in spite of the scope and budget criteria. We selected Archi-pars after diligent research and conducting meetings with various architects which included contacting their previous implemented projects. We must admit that this was perhaps the best decision of our life because the whole project took off so well that before we know we had a beautiful residential extension with solid foundation that since has received great compliments from family and friends. We have recommended Archi Pars to all affiliates for their residential or commercial new construction and expansion . I like its motto that no job is too big or too small.

I had been looking for Architect who can get me designs asap to submit to the county. I was 7 month pregnant imagine the urgency :) I had been trying since the start of the year. Found Ali and his team through Houzz.com in 2 days. Had a conversation call and explained him what i am looking for and timelines. He has been so kind and considerate. Provided plans in 1 week. Also helped me to deal with my contractor. Great service. They Follow up regularly and there is continuous communication and collaboration.
