“We met Javier ( the most loveliest man) nearly 2 years ago, when we wanted our wreck of a farmhouse renovated, he drove to us in Cangas de Onis, talked to us to see what we wanted our house to be like, he was warm and caring, he made us feel comfortable, he went away and came back with his amazing plans and 3D video based on what we had told him we wanted and also what he felt our home needed. He was calm and thoughtful with his interpretation of our ideas, making suggestions and offered advice where needed. We have an old farm house and wanted to keep the character of the house. We loved his ideas and input, he gave us a realistic costing for the work needed, and provided several builders to quote us their prices… Once we had agreed on a builder, Javier set about getting all the meetings and coordinating the builders and scheduling everything. Javier from QUILDING arquitectura SL has been invaluable, he has been there for us throughout, with regularly meetings and has kept us informed each set of the way and enabled us to make changes as and when needed. We would highly recommend Javier and his company to anyone who is thinking of renovating on a large project.
