“We have faced extreme difficulty on how to build our house. Big companies offered good price but low quality and rigid inflexible designs. Private builders offered expensive quotes and no price guarantees. Till we met Mr. Atalla from design and build. He was extremely patient, professional and above all he was honest. A true gentleman and a man of great quality. A very good build so far and unbeatable prices. Highly recommended!”

“Matt Richardson provided an extremely professional service from start to finish for a large internal refurbishment of an apartment block with 21 units. Matt conducted a tender for us to make sure that the Owners Corporation Committee could choose the highest quality tradesmen at the most competitive price. He managed all activities including patching and repairing of all walls and ceilings, repairing fire retardant, consultation with paint colour specialists and subsequent painting of all internal walls, ceilings and balustrades, installation of new light fittings and other activities. In addition to managing the work of the tradesmen involved, he managed communications with owners, tenants, real estate agents, the Body Corporate, and other parties. The end product was fantastic and we were delighted with the result. Matt's rates were very reasonable and represented great value for money.”

“Steve created a bespoke built-in wardrobe in our Art deco home using recycled building materials, the completed robe matches perfectly the period features of the room. Steve's ability to modify the design to suit the space restrictions in the room was invaluable, as was the obvious skill and care taken to turn our concept in a reality. We highly recommend SMIK Constructions and would use them again in the future.”
