We did an extensive renovation where we added 2 new bedrooms upstairs, completely moved our laundry, ensuite and kitchen, and basically changed every room of our now 5bed house. We also had extensive backyard soil removal required with retaining walls required, and an inground pool installed (by another provider). Peachwood Homes were awesome throughout!!!!! Matt gave us advice as we went where he thought the design might be adjusted\improved, and he did this early enough to give us options. When we did change our minds on things, Matt was very accommodating, and gave us an immediate indication of the level of effort required to perform the tasks. There were very minimal variations to the contract, and all were talked through in terms of the structure of the pre-existing house etc. So too the timings were in line with expectations, and again continuous dialogue particularly as we came toward the end and were cancelling our rental. Matt is very easy to deal with, and responsive. Thoroughly recommend Matt and his Peachwood team.

Matt and his team completed the renovation of our kitchen, bathroom and laundry and did an incredible job. They started works in September and were complete by mid-December. Matt was excellent to work with and provided regular updates to me and my partner on how things were progressing and provided logical solutions to any concerns/queries we had during the process. If we have any future renovation work we'll be contacting Peachwood Homes from the outset as our preferred builder.

We found Matt & his team to be timely, efficient and easy to work with. We had a fairly small job but they did what was required. They responded quickly to a small "fix up" job not of their making as it turned out but still sorted it for us. I would recommend them.

Peachwood Homes worked within a tight timeframe to complete a full ensuite renovation and other works including replacing a bay window with french doors. Peachwood Homes was very accommodating, communication was excellent and works were completed on time and without any cost blow out.

Outstanding builder!! I would highly recommend Peachwood homes for any of your building projects. Matt was a pleasure to work with. He managed our build on our Greensborough family home. We added a master bedroom, ensuite and WIR as well as extending our family room/kitchen space. All finishes and workmanship was impeccable and whats even better is the build was completed before schedule!!

Matt and his team from Peachwood Homes undertook complete renovation of two upstairs bathrooms. Quite simply, I can’t speak highly enough of the professional manner the renovation was conducted. Every interaction with Matt, from initial quote, planning and design to the demolition and renovation, was outstanding. Matt’s communication was always timely and nothing was too much trouble. The high level of trade skills resulted in two luxe bathrooms that met all our expectations. Matt’s priority throughout the project was to ensure we were happy with the process and the end result. Highly recommend this team.
