He's old school meaning he is honest , arrives early morning and works an honest day’s work , Every day! He cleans up after himself every day! . He is organised and has very good time management. “We interviewed 5 companies and requested full quotes from 3 to do our family home addition (3 bedrooms, lounge room, bathroom, kitchenette, Laundry and carport). From those we chose Sonic Construction to do the work and could not have been happier with the entire experience. We have done 8 projects over the years in NSW ranging from renovations to complete house builds and this has been by far the easiest one! We moved from Sydney to the Sunshine Coast where we did not know anyone, and so had to chose based on the quote and the interaction we had with each company before hand. “We have just received the keys to our first home built by Vantage Homes and I can't stress enough how happy and satisfied we are of their work. Their full turnkey package is definitely FULL TURNKEY. It has everything you would need in a new home. Every member of the team that we dealt with have all been extremely professional and their support was fantastic. As first home owners, there were so many questions and we were quite unsure about how the whole building process works. The team at Vantage Homes made sure that all our questions were answered, even the ones that we haven't even thought of yet. Here's a big shoutout to some of them: Angela - We have been talking to Angela from day 1 and she is just fantastic. She addressed all our concerns and helped us put together a package that was within our budget, but also included everything you would need in a house. Even after the contract was settled and building has commenced, Angela was always just a phone call away from addressing any concerns we had. Kalena - From the contracts side of things, Kalena was always very helpful. As a person building for the first time, there were so many technical terms and things that I didn't quite understand and Kalena was very helpful in helping me gain a better understanding of what is happening. Jason - Our site supervisor. I met Jason when we did our 2nd inspection. He is very professional and will always greet you with a smile. His hard work was instrumental in ensuring that the whole build process flowed smoothly and has resulted in our handover being pushed a week early from the initial estimated handover date. Thank you for making time to accommodate us when my family visited from overseas. Special Mentions: Dion - was the site supervisor for the early stages. I only really dealt with Dion once during the walk through but just like every one else in the team, he was very helpful in answering questions. Kassandra - Filled in for Kalena when she was away and was just as professional and helpful. “D Pearce Constructions built our house from plans we had drawn up by our architect. During the building process we found Duayne and his team to be really cooperative to work with. The standard of building is very high and 14 months down the track we have have found no major faults. Two aspects of the building process stand out - firstly that there was no problem or challenge that Duayne could not find a solution to and secondly that the building team moved heaven and earth to ensure that our request to move into our home before Christmas was met.
