It was our lucky day when we contracted Todd from Sonic Construction to build the extension to our bungalow at Boreen Point. Our additions included a poolhouse house pavilion and main bedroom pavilion with adjoining decks. The quality of Todd's work was exceptional and best of all, he was organised. Because of this, at a time when sourcing building supplies was a nightmare, the materials for our job together with trades, arrived on time with the building being fully completed on schedule. When design challenges arose, he was able to effectively troubleshoot so that the outcome of our requests were completed to the high standard that we anticipated. Without hesitation, we recommend Todd as a meticulous and exceptional builder and by nature, a trustworthy, honest and reliable person.

Todd, the owner of Sonic Constructions has been fabulous to work with. His attention to detail and level of workmanship is of the highest calibre. He has offered great design ideas/features over the build and because he works only on one project at a time has been able to dedicate his whole time to our house. Even with the difficulty surrounding availability of products and tradesmen he has been able to work around delays. We would use Todd again and would recommend him to others.

Sonic constructions helped design and build a studio on our property. The project went very smoothly. Todd was friendly, prompt, reliable and the project ran to budget!

We interviewed 5 companies and requested full quotes from 3 to do our family home addition (3 bedrooms, lounge room, bathroom, kitchenette, Laundry and carport). From those we chose Sonic Construction to do the work and could not have been happier with the entire experience. We have done 8 projects over the years in NSW ranging from renovations to complete house builds and this has been by far the easiest one! We moved from Sydney to the Sunshine Coast where we did not know anyone, and so had to chose based on the quote and the interaction we had with each company before hand. We did not have complete architects plans for Todd, owner of Sonic Construction, to work with, which meant that the project needed someone who could communicate effectively and honestly with us - which he did. He is passionate about the work he does and is dedicated to producing something that both the client and he are happy with. He managed many difficult aspects of our build with patience, creativity and effective solutions to the challenges! He was at all times professional with a vast amount of building knowledge. The quality of work is excellent and he met all deadlines and worked within the budget.
