My parents had the pleasure of building their most recent home with Murphy Homes. Having built homes previously, they knew very well how stressful building could be. However, they were pleasantly surprised by how stress-free and enjoyable the Murphy Homes team made the building process. I recently had the pleasure of building my house with Murphy Homes. Right from the start, the approach to creating a functional custom design for my large sloping lot they were determined to make the process as easy and enjoyable as it should be. Throughout the pre site and construction periods I received timely communication from the administration and construction team. The quality of work overall was of a high standard and the project was delivered on time and on budget. I love my new house and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build their home.

We have used Murphy Homes every time we are planning a residential development including a duplex in Mudjimba and a 25 townhouse development fronting the Mount Coolum Golf Course. On all occasions we were impressed by how well organised their team were and on the job when promised. Including designing face and construction the whole team were very approachable. If there were problems a well thought out solutions that considered both cost and ensuring the end product was of the highest standard. We used Murphy Homes to build a rental property for us first then used them again to demolish and rebuild our own home. They did a great job both times, both houses look fantastic. The design process was fairly straightforward and they were happy to modify the house plans until we were happy (even at a late stage). There were no hidden extra costs along the way and they built within the agreed time schedule. They were always friendly, helpful and professional to deal with and resolved any minor issues we had once we moved into the property.

I built with Murphy Homes in 2020. I had a lot of specific requests for my home. Murphy Homes was able to meet them all. I have a beautiful custom kitchen and ensuite which I am in love with. Murphy Homes also helped me get the home builders grant! Laurie our site supervisor was very accomodating and was always looking for improvements along the way. Overall we are super happy and all our visitors seem to love our home too! Yay

I cannot speak highly enough of Murphy Homes. Their building Team recently completed my new home on the Sunshine Coast. Initially I felt nervous about building a new house but gained more and more confidence throughout the build process. My first contact with the Company began with the Sales Team who went out of their way to answer my 'millions' of questions. I had great fun selecting my colours and finishes with the Murphy Homes in house designer. Then came my involvement with the construction team who did an amazing job. My house is perfect and the builders finished everything on time. I am so happy and I love my new house. I will be recommending Murphy Homes to all of my friends.
