“I run a small printing business in Pymble and in September 2016 found I needed to vacate my existing premises and be completely moved by the end of October. As you could imagine, this was a very busy and stressful time with a huge amount to organise. The first and most important thing I needed to know was where am I going to move and is it going to be a suitable facility for my equipment.
