Braden and his team were very professional, their standard of work is very high and the finish was fantastic. We are so pleased with the end result. He also brought some really great ideas to the job which made a big difference to the design. It was quite a big renovation - new bathroom, hallway, bedrooms and study - and they transformed them. They were so nice to have around too, friendly and courteous, couldn't recommend them more highly.

We found Braden through a recommendation. We’d been left without a builder in the middle of a job so were desperately trying to find someone to take it on. On our first meeting we felt we’d found the right person. In 2015 after we had purchased a house in Bilgola Braden Carter of Crearter Constructions was recommended to us when we decided to undertake some major improvements to the property. Braden’s quote was competitive and he and his entire team were true craftsmen. Their work ethic was extremely high and they were always available to answer queries as well as accommodating changes to the plans when needed. I was completely satisfied with the finished job. Four years later long after the job had been completed I needed some emergency work done on a section of the house which was not part of the work that Braden had previously done. I called Braden late on a wet Friday afternoon and he arrived to help an hour later after picking his children up from school. I don’t know too many builders who could have answered my plea for help in such a timely and professional manner. I happily give Braden and Crearter Constructions a 5-Star rating.

Braden came recommended to us by my wifes hairdresser. On our first visit he spent a good two hours with us discussing what we had in mind and I was very impressed by his professional approach and knowledge. His quote was competitive and he also lived close by. which of course was a plus. Braden has a great team of tradesmen working for him and they could not have been more helpful. We are extremely happy with our extension and would highly recommend him to anyone who wishes to like us, do an extension or build a new home.

I hired Crearter Constructions for a major renovation project in late 2016. From the first point of contact the service has been exceptional. Braden, the owner, spent a great deal of time and effort compiling a quote, to the point that a number of his tradespeople viewed the house in advance of the quote to ensure that the costings were accurate. The quotes we received from other builders were made after a short visit to the house and were ball-park figures of that the build might cost.. Braden's quote was extremely detailed and it was easy to see exactly what we were paying for. The build started on time (the job before ours finished exactly when it was supposed to) and moved at an amazing speed. All trades on site were expertly managed and the quality of work at all times was above and beyond what we had expected. Braden is a perfectionist and he is perpetually assessing the work of the tradespeople and insists on a very high standard of work from his whole team. The build has moved ahead without any problems and we are due to finish ahead of schedule and on budget with a finished project that we are delighted with. Braden is a hard working, honest, inspiring, problem solving, committed builder who would do justice to any project he is in charge of. We were fearful before the start of our build, as we had heard many nightmare stories from friends of building projects that had gone wrong. But we didn't need to worry. Braden has exceeded all our expectations. From start to finish our build has been a dream, executed with brilliant precision and managed with good humour and hard work in a truly collaborative way. As far as I am aware I am the only person I know who is sad to see the build coming to an end. It has been an amazing experience for us as first time builders and we have loved every minute of it.
