We are Construction Concierge: We believe property owners should be able to plan their next project with confidence and excitement. We understand that for property owners, spare time is hard to come by. Our mission is to help you achieve your construction goals without having to find the hundreds of spare hours and years of experience required to plan and execute a construction project to perfection. We want to learn about your project, understand your needs and goals and pair you with the right design and construction team to help you succeed. We want to be there to support you for the duration of your project to ensure you get the best result available. Our tailored service will always be free to you, the property owner. How does it work? 1. We will schedule a phone consultation to understand your needs and determine if our service is right for you. 2. Together, we will do a detailed walk-through of your property to understand your project goals and create a comprehensive scope of works document. 3. We will brief up to three suitable design partners and send you their cost estimates and portfolios. We will arrange meetings with, and quotes from your preferred designers so you can decide who to engage. 4. Once your plans and approvals are ready, we will brief up to three suitable construction partners and send you their cost estimates and portfolios. We will arrange meetings with, and quotes from your preferred builders so you can decide who to engage. 5. We will remain involved the entire way through to ensure the process runs smoothly and provide support where needed. How can we offer our service for free? We charge the design and construction partners within our network a fee for our service. Our meticulously structured process and client support system have enabled many companies to grow and thrive in a challenging industry allowing them to focus on what they do best, designing and building, and leaving the rest to us. Our strong relationship and the high volume of opportunities we present enable our network to offer competitive pricing, without compromising on quality. This unique structure has allowed us to provide you, the property owner, with our consultation and support service completely free of charge.

Navigating an apartment renovation has become a nightmare with all the new Class 2 legislation. Having found our own Class 2 architect and structural engineer we were struggling to find a Class 2 builder. Charlie introduced us to 3 highly qualified builders, all of whom could have taken on the job. Their quotes were quite variable, but we were able to select a builder who was within our budget and could meet our timeframe. Charlie helped to steer us through some of the unknowns such as Home Owners Warranty Insurance and the NSW Planning Portal, and worked with us for well over a year before the work actually commenced. He stayed with the project throughout, initially providing a conduit between us and the builder, but also became the point of contact for the elderly residents in our block who were totally opposed to our renovation. He kept them informed on progress and deliveries, as well as answering their endless concerns and complaints. Finding Charlie was a godsend and he relieved an enormous amount of stress for us - we would highly recommend him to anyone doing a renovation, and especially navigating the Class 2 legislation.

Firstly please note that I never give a 5 star review to anyone . A 5 star means you can never improve and you are perfect which obviously is never the case. So then to Vlade and his company Construction Concierge . I have been working with Vlade for over a year where he has been our Project Manager for a major renovation of a VERY run down shop and residence in Dulwich Hill. Vlade has been invaluable to the successful completion of the project. From architect selection, working through the tender process right up to completion Vlade has helped to resolve the many complex problems which arose as we unpicked the old and built the new. He also has a most helpful manner and whilst there were some difficult moments with the project he was always calm and considered when the "heat was on". I have no hesitation in recommending Vlade and Construction Concierge for your project. Thanks again Vlade.
