Cottage
Wow! The idea of extending the kitchen a little by adding a glass roof, door and window which would allow for maximum enjoyment of the beautiful outdoor area/view is very appealing. Not sure if it could be done or what the cost would be however, we have 3 to 400 years old trees on the property that could be enjoyed every min
I love stairs and I believe that stairs could add an added dimension in design and architecture. They have done a good job with these stairs. I love the way they flow effortlessly. Great use of shiplap. I absolutely love the wood design on the floor. I can only assume that this is their main entrance area. The beautiful floor immediately draws one in.
Stunning use of reclaimed wood. Instead of leaving the ceilings all which they have added an amazing focal point. What a designer touch. Tone of personality plus warmth. I love that this kitchen feels bright and welcoming. We do like white cabinets in the kitchen. One wall would incorporate brick for a welcoming, timeless feel yet it would have a more contemporary appearance- not country.
Functional, charming touches in this bedroom. Instead of producing a standard, boring closet, adding doors with simple detail makes it for a beautiful and easy to open closet. The little window/bench adds an extra seat as well as personality. High ceilings, ship lap. The bed design does not reflect our taste. We are looking to have 4 bedrooms with their own private bath if possible as it is ideal even if there might be small. Guests love their privacy. Each bedroom would have its own personality - I don't believe that it should cost a fortune to achieve good taste and personality. :)
love the brick and the clean look
