Tom's ideas
2/3 of current office be utilized this way, single door entry from main area, no cabinets underneath for chairs to be places any where and storage above for books and materials.
Similar design to Stephanie's idea pocket door would be hard, 2x tri-fold's could be done. Id like to split the room and make it 1.2 laundry and half office, office would get window
ALOT OF PIPING!!! but could be a nice way to enclose the current tub layout in the bathroom once renovated.
I like the look of pinning claimed wood to the wall maybe with simple white trim and screwing the hooks directly too it.
ONLY THE SOFFIT, Trim with exterior crown moulding and simply stained wood to give space for door way
Easy way to make a landing space for all Outerwear and shoes, May need bins for lower compartments. Can place totes above or leave empty. (Cove lighting may be a nice addition)
i like the view with the flu and subway tilebacking. Dont like the shelves because we would clutter them. Farmers sink looking onto garage area, Refrigerator up against South Wall
Interesting use of a large space. No doors into the office seating area with a fireplace in the middle. Wall in center can be used for electric and other items getting roof access.
Beautiful staircase design need ceiling to be at that height to support steps with vertical slats
Interesting thought to place the dining table near the open space. Would get in the way depending on what size we have.
Reverse layout of Kitchen remodel; Larger island with Sink Appliances can be upgraded to allow for changing cabinet layout, But will increase price of cabinets.
Multiple work spaces and will be faced away from TV,
Make the entire length of space a work space for everyone to use or multiple at a time?
Up and Over laundry in Original Stair Access location, removes need for going downstairs and with larger layout incorporating entire length of space we will have the space.
Good example of use of exposed beam look and White on Grey
Need countertop unit storage!!!
Only saved because of double oven in stone, may be a nice way to bring some natural look to interior, much less stone maybe on top of oven and skinny cabinet surround.
Bar seat with back idea, Open shelves are nice for mason jar material but im afraid well over use.
In place of existing Kitchen to be used as wet bar and access to exterior
Nice use of high low seats with backs and open fixtures. Door in corner can be idea for our slider.
Mirror over the Closet sliding doors - Steph wont need the hallaway anymore.
