Backsplash - Just Do It!!
As an intermediate DIYer, I had no fear in gutting our kitchen and hanging cabinets. What did scare me? The backsplash! I had never done one before. I watched a lot of YouTube videos, talked with friends and box store "experts", but even after the cabinets and counter were installed, I procrastinated on installing the backsplash. After a lot of pre-planning, I jumped in with both feet. Using the Rigid LevelMax Lippage Reduction System, I was amazed how quickly and easily the tile went up. The next day, I removed the Rigid system and mixed my grout. I know according to the instructions and videos what the consistency of the grout should be but I still was holding my breath as I started to spread it across the tile. It was a little "messy" for me but I had protected the new quartz countertops and face of the base cabinets. After about a week, I sealed the grout. All I can say is that if you are like I was, don't fear the backsplash. I think it turned out beautiful.

(14) comentariosPreguntaba porque: 1) los diferentes circuitos del suelo radiante van a ajustarse a las diferentes habitaciones (primero se coloca el tabique y luego el suelo radiante), por tanto si hubieras modificado un tabique te podría pasar que un circuito perteneciera a dos habitaciones ; 2) la cama de matrimonio no te entra en la cocina, por lo que deberías ir a una cama simple colocada perpendicular a fachada. Si vas a intervenir cuando te den la casa deberías tener en cuenta: picar el yeso de la habitación (total o parcialmente) para enroscar+alicatar; en la cocina será al revés (quitar alicatado +enfoscado y colocar yeso); posiblemente la instalación eléctrica debas reforzarla y ampliarla en cocina; salida de humos por fachada de cocina (fácil)...! y todavía no te he contestado a lo que preguntabas!!!...Ver másCERRADO - 3 de diciembre: GANA un calendario y una lightbox de hhhaus

(0) comentariosMy project is a small convenience store. The client pretty much wants to use as much space from the lot as he cant so the floor plan is just a rectangle, a simple rectangle. In front there's a covered terrace and i tried to make an entrance that can stand out. The problem right now is I dont want the roof design to be simple, but I'm having trouble with this. Im attaching the floor plan and two options for the main facade. HEEEELP! El proyecto es una tiendita pequeña. El ciente quiso utilizar el terreno al maximo, es por esto que la planta arquitectonica es rectangular, un simple rectangulo. En la fachada principal hay una terraza cubierta y trate de hacer una entrada que resalte. El problema que encuentro ahora es un diseño para el techo que no sea simple.
