“I own a two story house and it is really old. I decided to look to replace all my windows. I wanted to update the property mainly because I have my business in my house. Basically, I wanted to have new windows installed and doors as well. I was suggested to contact By Installer. Within one day Alex came to my property to look at the job. He gave me an estimate. I was impressed by the price, the price seemed really good. But, I wanted to make sure that the necessary permits would be pulled for the job. And I was assured that the permits would be pulled for this work. So I committed right away and gave a deposit two days later. About a week later they came back to the property with all the permits. On the following two days, they installed everything. Alex and his crew really knew what they were doing. They did everything within 5 hours. Everything promised to me by By Installer came true in the exact time frame that they said it would. They were precise, courteous, and professional. And they cleaned up well!”

“What I liked most about Zen Windows was being able to have direct contact with the owner, Dan. He made the selection, installation, and payment really easy. It was probably one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor in a long time. The 2 doors were installed perfect and look good. There were a couple of other companies I contacted to get prices and both of them insisted on coming to my home, which is hard for me because I work very very long hours. Dan gave me a quote through email which worked perfect for me since I'm barely ever home.”

“W/D Craftline was great to work with. They were professional and the installers did a fantastic job. They removed the patio door and make it a large window in the kitchen, and replaced the dining room window with a large patio door. Finishing inside and out was great, it made such a difference to the space. They also replaced the front door and made it taller, which also included brick work. We will definitely be going to finish the rest of the windows in the fall.”
