After looking at other tilt and turn options, we decided to work with Divison 8. Not only were their windows better quality (aluminum instead of vinyl), but Paul was a pleasure to work with - he answered every question we had, and put together many iterations of drawings until we were satisfied. Installation went smoothly, and Paul has continued to be responsive post-install (not the case with all trades!). As an builder, I was able to work closely with and appreciate Division 8’s rigorous process from design to installation. Their shop drawing review process helped to make sure the rough opening dimensions for my newly framed house were understood. Finished floor (radiant flooring throughout), wall and ceiling heights required a level of coordination to fully take advantage of their integrated aluminum drywall extrusion feature built into door and window frames. Their team approach, product knowledge and transparency with costs helped to make sure the installation was done right the first time without a glitch! With their manufacturing facility being located here in Canada, the delivery time was tough to beat to with my tight construction schedule.
