“Patrice Caraty was Foreman overseeing a major rebuild and extension of our Bondi Junction house from January-April 2019. Throughout the project we were impressed with the way Patrice communicated with us and facilitated access to the site. Patrice has a calm and agreeable manner. He has excellent communication skills and developed good relationships with both our Architect and neighbours. At each stage of the project we were kept informed of the work completed, and given timely notice of any decisions that needed to be made in relation to upcoming work. Patrice approaches his work with a professional attitude and a desire to complete all tasks to a high standard. It appeared to us that he was held in high regard by all the tradesmen working at our house. His attention to detail, particularly during the final weeks of our project, was greatly appreciated.No request we made was too difficult for Patrice. He readily accepted packages and mail deliveries to our address when we were renting elsewhere. We were extremely happy with role that Patrice played in completing our building project, and have become personal friends as a result. We are happy to recommend Patrice for any similar role.”

“For years we have been wanting to replace our windows with double-glazing as we live in the cold Southern Highlands however the costs made it impossible. We found Windows Factory and did our due-diligence even visiting other jobs in the area. When the other home owners raved about the product we decided to proceed. We couldn't be happier - Affordable, no more condensation on the windows resulting in mouldy curtains, noise proof, solid construction, incredible thermal properties and provide a modern look. The Windows Factory team were so professional and a pleasure to work with. As someone who compiles defect reports in the construction industry, their quality control even surpassed my own high standards. “We are rebuilding our home after losing it in the 2013 bushfires, its been slow but part of the healing process has been engaging great trades people and replacing beautiful memories with beautiful new architectural delights. Against the Grain were engaged to build me a set of french doors. They worked from a photo and the final result was exactly what I wanted, I love them. Workmanship is excellent and from start to finish the communication with them was also.”
