“RbA product manager, Tony D, was very professional, thorough, and patient. He answered all questions during his presentation and afterwards via email. I purchased 5 windows and the installation guys gave me a rundown on what they are doing to remove the old windows, install the new windows, training on operating the windows, clean up, and a walk-through on what they did. The window price is high but the windows are solid, durable, and, so far, working great. I would rate them 5 stars but their prices brought it down a notch.”

“We contacted SunLife Windows to replace our windows and patio sliding doors. They were very fast to respond to our email and a salesperson came to us the following day. He was very friendly and professional. He took the measurements and went over the options. We decided to go with them because they were very experienced and their price was the best for the same brand of windows quoted by two other companies. Their communication was very clear throughout the process. Two installers showed up on time and they did a great job with installation and clean-up. We're very happy with these beautiful windows and their service.”

“We finally decided to replace our 25 year old windows and sliders. This was not an easy decision considering we have 33 windows and 3 sliding glass doors. We had 3 different companies come out and give us information and estimates. Although all estimates were comparable in price, Michael Lewis (sales) far surpassed the others with his knowledge and experience. He provided us details and recommendations that suited our needs perfectly. He has a wonderful attitude and made this process go very smoothly. Since Ameristar manufactures their own windows, and their factory is located in Riverside, I was invited to take a tour before deciding. I met with Maribel who gave me a tour. What a treat to see American made products being manufactured right in my own home town. I was sold! My beautiful new windows were completed and installed exactly as proposed. The installers were very professional and it was obvious they know windows and love what they do. Once again, Michael Lewis was outstanding in over seeing the project. He was on-site during the installation and clean up. He even jumped in and helped out. He definately provided us great customer service and went well above his expected job duty. If you are looking to replace windows, give Ameristar a call. You will be so glad you did!”
