“Last week our furnace went out. Jacob came out and told me I didn't need a new furnace after other companies gave me overpriced estimates. He was very honest. We remembered Tiptop HVAC and called. Jacob came out again and was honest about what was going on with the furnace. We decided to replace the furnace. What I paid was less than all the estimates from last year. It was affordable and a good price point for me. Very honest company.”

“The old family house was falling apart. My main concern was renovators not doing the houses original design justice. You can imagine the emotional attachment and why this was important.
