We've purposely remained a smaller company, as it's better to have fewer jobs and do them well than to have a ton of work and be average. This philosophy is a big reason builders and home owners come to us. Simply put, we're really good at remodeling homes. People have often told me about the troubles that come with having solar paneling installed on a home roof. I don’t think those people got their paneling done by Y and C Construction because my experience was nothing short of satisfying. Neat and prompt installation in combination with dedicated and patient customer care is quite impressive!

After the kids moved out, my wife and I figured we’d have the house done up. Do away with some rooms so we could have others expanded. Though the overall square yardage of our home has not changed it looks far more spacious thanks to the genius planning and execution by the folks at Y and C!

I have probably had the worst experience with contractors all my life. I have been misguided, cheated and pretty much have had to spend way more than I set out to. The folks at Y & C were a breath of fresh air. Professional, polite and so very reliable. Brilliant job on the roof work! My family and I are grateful.

I had Y & C Construction redo the roof of our old home a few months back. They saved us a hell of a lot with their apt material recommendations and the work they did and service provided was great value for money. I highly recommend the team to anyone looking to have work done on their roofs in the L.A. vicinity.

We had Y & C do the ground up construction for the home we now live in. After haggling with a bunch of crooked contractors, these were the first straight forward guys we came across. We’re so glad we hired them because the house they helped us build is just beautiful. They were clever about use of space and material and even advised us against one or two bad structural calls! Thanks so much guys!

We had our office buildings painted and stucco coated by the folks at Y & C Construction. We also had an extensive re-spacing done in our main building. Among all the companies we could have potentially worked with, Y & C got approval because of their unparalleled cost efficiency as well as the high quality of their work and detailed plans. As expected, the completed job was spectacular. The re-spacing was truly splendid and well worth the money spent!

I felt my house needed a do over so I hired Y & C to take down and restructure the space from the inside. I was worried they would not be able to deliver because the work was a full on construction job for all practical purposes. The result was splendid and the team made sure that they did their bit right down to the finish! Thoroughly impressed!

Had my chain of salons renovated this year. Had to have extensive work done on massage and steam rooms as well as a few other roofed and semi-roofed spa spaces. Sure I expected Y & C to be good with construction having worked with them before. What surprised me was their strong aesthetic sense and recommendations. Very impressed and extremely satisfied with the work!

At 75 I’ve seen a whole lot of contractors and construction teams but I must say the boys at Y & C took the cake. They kept this old man entertained with jokes and banter while actually doing a stellar job on the insulation and roofing as well as room redesigning I had hired them for. Brilliant work, brilliant work ethic and a pleasure to have these guys around.

Wanted to get the B & B I run renovated as per annual protocol so I asked Y & C to take care of the job for us. These guys were so quick and efficient on their feet even I was impressed. Even better, they planned the renovation in a manner that allowed me to continue using the space for paying guests while the work was being done.

I had to turn two homes as a real estate agent where the kitchens and bathrooms were in a dreary state. I hired Y & C construction for both remodeling and renovation jobs. The team had clear plans and blue prints as well as a good sense of which materials would be durable as well as cost effective. Needless to say their work raised the value of both homes.
