“After completing the build of our country home we realized with a very large yard we could entertain the thought of putting in a pool. We had never been pool owners when living in the city and felt we would like to enhance our family leisure time. Pioneer Pools was recommended to us by a family friend who had wonderful experience with service over the years of being a pool owner. The sales staff was very knowledgeable regarding our needs of installing a basic above ground pool to ensure we were indeed a pool loving family. The maintenance and service of the pool has been minimal and easily maintained through the Pioneer store front location. The friendly, helpful staff complete regular water sample tests and suggest the proper maintenance care available within the store. After 4 years of enjoying our pool we are planning to complete our backyard design with an inground pool from Pioneer Pools. Last spring we purchased an 8 seat Hot Springs Hot Tub from Pioneer Pools and it has added much enjoyment to our family. Knowledge of the product, installation and service has been consistent with what we experienced with the pool. “Of all the contractors/designers we had come to the house to quote, Joe was the only one able to provide a solid recommendation on what we should do with the space we had (which wasn't very much). All others gave us a bunch of options, but Joe had a clear vision that would meet all of our requirements as well as our budget. Throughout the entire experience, Joe was VERY responsive. He also went beyond our expectations when we needed him the most. Short version of the story, 1 mth after our pool opened a wind storm picked up our BBQ and it ended up in our pool causing a large tear in the liner. Joe managed to fit us into his schedule and get our liner replaced within a few weeks so we could still enjoy our first summer with the pool. We love our backyard oasis! Thank you Joe!”

“Salt water Back yard pool - I would recommend Adam and Creative Pools to anyone. My pool was planned, and built, on time and on budget, by a professional crew. All of the subs,(electrical, gas, water, etc) were expert and professional as well, and hand-picked by Adam. Absolutely no complaints. Adam had excellent advice and ideas, was on-site and "hands on", and always available to discuss details. Pool is 14 x 28', with full width steps, a very modern look. 5' deep. Price noted includes a large, beautiful stone patio, which was done by another company, but coordinated in conjunction with Creative Pools.( Proper pictures to follow, as I am now in the midst of exterior house renovation which has delayed much of my landscaping.) Excellent job, couldn't be happier with it.”
