“Mission Exteriors installed 21 Andersen Woodwright replacement windows in our house in Bethesda, as well as one vinyl sliding window in a basement window well, and did an excellent job. Robert the owner explained our choices, patiently answered all our questions, and remained engaged throughout the entire project. There was no annoying upsell, just some very thoughtful and objective suggestions on what options might work best, given the various sizes and locations of the existing windows. Daniel and his installation crew worked carefully and efficiently and ran an extremely clean and well-organized worksite. The job was finished on time, and clean-up was very thorough. We were very happy with the high quality of workmanship, as well as their solution to the problematical below-ground basement window that we thought would be too difficult to replace. We highly recommend Mission Exteriors, especially for the strong sense of craftsmanship that they bring to their work.”

“Mark Shriner and his team replaced a landing and staircase off our sunroom, and added a patio across our back yard. His initial design was creative and offered some helpful suggestions. The work was done very timely even in less-than-stellar weather. As with many projects there were a couple of small aspects that didn't quite meet our expectations. Mark was responsive and professional and took care of all of our issues - we couldn't ask for any more than that. We're very satisfied with the project. we would use this team again and would recommend Distinctive Deck Design.”

“Mid-Atlantic Fence and Deck is an excellent company that provides outstanding customer service from start to finish. We had Mid-Atlantic to install our original cedar fence in 1996 and then had them back out to replace boards and extend the fence in 2012 at our Severna Park home. Bruce Beauchamp, the owner, came out personally to answer our questions with both installs. In April, I needed a new fence installed in a new townhouse development located in Arnold. Bruce came out himself to measure and finalize the drawing for the H.O.A. When the H.O.A. required the fence sketch to be re-done on a new boundary survey, Bruce re-did the drawing with a smile and a great attitude. Finally, our home in Severna Park just settled in July. A prospective buyer had bent the latch of the gate during a showing of our home. I emailed Bruce and he sent his son out the next day to install a brand-new latch the day before settlement. “Core was contracted to replace a pressure-treated two-level deck with a 26'x15' screened porch and a 20'x20' deck. The porch had to be tied into two different level roofs, which ended up looking seamless! All no-maintenance, high quality materials were used. Porch includes recessed lights, ceiling fan, electrical outlets, and beautiful pine ceiling. Unlike some contractors, the Core team showed up every day until the project was complete. Their attention to detail was nothing short of extraordinary. The team was courteous, respectful, willing to go the extra mile to meet every single one of our many needs, and left the job site every night completely spotless. Can't say enough about their professionalism. The end product is simply gorgeous! They truly hit it way out of the ballpark! We are definitely the envy of all of our neighbors!”
