“Woodrite replaced my badly warped and worn pressure treated deck and railings on my porch in July of 2015. It took a bit of discussion and back and forth to get the materials I wanted in the colors I wanted quoted. This was not a major issue as I knew the owner was preoccupied with some other issues at the time. We ultimately got the quote completed and the work executed. The craftsman that did the work was extremely methodical and very accurate. He kept me in the loop regarding every potential problem or issue that arose and got my approval regarding his plan to deal with it. He made sure the existing framing on the porch was sound and reinforced it where necessary. He installed composite decking and railings with the highest level of craftsmanship. The job was really excellently done. The carpenter did hurt his back and also had some trouble with his van in the middle of the job. This is not a major issue but it did take a couple of extra days to complete the work. That and the delay in getting the correct quote are the only reasons I gave the company a "4 star" review instead of five. But I will reiterate that these problems were unforeseen and not in the company's control - stuff happens. Overall the job was excellent and I would definitely use Woodrite again and recommend them to my friends.”
