“I want to sincerely thank Harpe Development for our beautiful home. With 4 children now, we really out grew our previous house and it was time for an upgrade. And WHAT an upgrade it is! Building a house is not the easiest thing to do especially when you re not handy or design savvy. But Dustin, Cory, John & Jason really made the process an easy one. I can t imagine if I didn t have Cory & John to help me pick all the things that make a house beautiful and a good fit for my family. Any request I had was always granted, but not before we discussed our options and pricing first. That s what I loved the most. There were no hidden costs, or attempts to push upgrades in places where we didn t want or need them. Harpe was always very straight forward with all so there weren t any surprises. Any time an issue occurred a solution was provided . This surprised me as well...given we were building a pretty large house. Honestly for all the things that went right when building with Harpe, they exceeded our expectations. A special shout out to Jason for this! He always had a handle on everything on-site, working with contractors and fielding my phone calls/emails daily with questions or changes. His response time was always quick and courteous! Everyone told us building a house was awful, too much work and not worth the time. Apparently those people didn t build with Harpe. I m sure glad we didn t listen. Thank you everyone for the beautiful home! We look forward to a lifetime of memories thanks to you!”

“I can't say enough good things about Perthel Homes. We have lived in 2 homes built by Perthel Homes. They did a custom build for our 2nd home with them. In addition to getting a home that was extremely well built and a good value for the money, what I liked the most were a few things. They were very transparent on their costs and expenses, and their customer service and responsiveness was outstanding. In order to accommodate our schedule, we had meetings and walkthroughs at all times of the day and night, as well as weekends. When resolving issues, nothing seemed to be a problem. Everything that that came up was dealt with quickly and fairly. My experience with them was just terrific. They made the daunting task of building a custom home a whole lot more manageable. As you go through the process, the people you meet will be professional and courteous. In the end, you have a well completed project.” We are very pleased with Platinum Touch. Vince listened on our first meeting and came back with what we asked, when we thought some more and the ability to express what I wanted and how we were going to use it, the designed adapted perfectly. The team was respectful of our budget and also of our needs as we stayed in our home during the construction process. There were no cost surprises or construction delays.
