“NW decks is now completing 17 decks at Waters Edge Condominiums, Steilacoom Blvd. SW, Lakewood, WA. Their courtesy, expertise and availabilty during the planning and execution phases of this project are far beyond what we see with the average contractor. As for as workmanship, I defy anyone to find a better, more beautiful deck anywhere in the country. Ours will be standing long after the condos are gone! You cannot go wrong with Northwest Decks. “Thad and his team did our 2nd story deck and we are very pleased with their work. We used Azek for the decking which we were concerned about initially and Thadd worked with us to find the right colour for us and our home. We requested some changes to the plan as the project moved along and Thadd was able to accommodate these requests. We love our new deck - especially the lights that we added - and happily recommend Thadd and his team.”

“Our Lawn had serious water retention issues. Hedahl Landscaping added gravel to the lawn areas that were the worst. The water now flows away form these areas and we don't have the spongy muddy areas any more. They also installed a block wall to level out the lawn. Both jobs were done exceptionally well and we are totally satisfied with their work.”

“I met Steve Habib through a mutual friend. I needed extensive replacement of my deck at my Bellevue home. Initially I was skeptical about whether or not I was making a smart investment, however when the project was finished on time and budget, I was surprised to find myself falling in love with my backyard again. My husband and I canceled our out of state vacations this year and decided to enjoy our outdoor deck oasis with bbq-ing our friends and family. Not only are we satisfied customers but we would highly recommend to anyone creating your own private piece of heaven in your own home. It also increased the value of our home and we couldn’t not be more delighted.”

“I purchased a home December 2021 and found out it had years of tiny leaks around the toilet plumbing that rotted away the subfloor and turned it into Swiss cheese. I received quotes for the work (removal, replacement, and install LVP) upwards of nearly 10k and thank god I reached out to Joe and his quote was much less. They removed the old sheet vinyl and replaced my subfloor. Now I have awesome LVP! I have them returning to replace my my hallway and kitchen sheet vinyl too. Thanks Joe!!”

“We wish we could say that we build gates and also do masonry, but Custom Fence and Masonry gives us a reason to stick with JUST gates. Ted does an amazing job, which is why he is our preferred mason and the only one we call when our clients request columns and pillars at the entrance to their homes. “These guys do exceptional work. Every aspect from planning to construction was explained in detail so we knew exactly what to expect. They were prompt and courteous and always took our thoughts and ideas into consideration to ensure we had the best possible design for our patio area. We absolutely love our pergola and patio area and we are so glad that we chose Lubbock Pergola & Deck to build it for us. Highly recommend this company!!!!!!!!!”
