“Halm & Perkins just remodeled our kitchen & 2nd bath (they remodeled our main bath in 2013). They are super courteous, honest & trustworthy! They regularly communicated with us throughout the entire process assuring that the work done met with our expectations, yet within the confines of our budget. They are also extremely creative so they were able to help us determine what would look the best in the end. We are extremely satisfied and thrilled with the end results!”

“We hired Keith to build our deck and we absolutely love it! From the very beginning, we were impressed by his positive attitude, knowledge, and artistic vision. We told him what we were looking for and he had several designs drawn up that allowed us to visualize exactly what our backyard would look like. He was more than easy to get ahold of and gladly answered all of our questions. Within days of tearing out our old deck, my family and I were enjoying our brand new one. It's the perfect place to barbecue with friends or simply relax after a long day. Thanks again Keith for a pleasant experience!”

“We had Four Seasons build a sunroom and two decks as an addition to our house. The work was done on time and all the contractors and their employees were friendly / top notch. Bob (owner) went out of his way to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction... and it was. We were highly satisfied in all facets of this major project. We couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome and the sunroom is by far the most used and complimented part of our home. I would highly recommend Four Seasons (Ann Arbor) to anyone wanting a sunroom. We have also used them since the sunroom on a bathroom upgrade. Our kitchen is next and they will be the only contractor we use.”

“Sunspace (formerly AllTrade) completed 3 separate projects for our family over the past three years: Vinyl siding and trim on our 100 yr old lake cottage; Vinyl trim on the frame and Natural Stone on the foundation of my daughter's home; and a new roof and vinyl ceiling for our cottage. We were pleased with the price and results of all three projects. The co-owner Chris helped us with the design and selection of the best materials. When, during an ice/hail storm many of our neighbors experienced severe damage, our new vinyl siding survived without a scratch. The craftsmanship of Jimmy and his team (vinyl siding and trim) is second to none. Vince (cement/stone work) did a great job and worked tirelessly to get the job done on time. We have been completely satisfied and pleased with AllTrade and the work they do.”
