“WE contacted Steadfast for an estimate on a sunroom. Contact both by phone and in person for the estimate was friendly and professional. Josh came to the house to provide the estimate. He was knowledgeable and able to provide suggestions while still staying true to our original thoughts of what we wanted. We have temporarily delayed this project but will definitely contact Steadfast again when we are ready to move forward. Their estimate was fair and and included discounts for contacting them through Angie's list .”

We had Mid-Atlantic to install our original cedar fence in 1996 and then had them back out to replace boards and extend the fence in 2012 at our Severna Park home. Bruce Beauchamp, the owner, came out personally to answer our questions with both installs. In April, I needed a new fence installed in a new townhouse development located in Arnold. Bruce came out himself to measure and finalize the drawing for the H.O.A. When the H.O.A. required the fence sketch to be re-done on a new boundary survey, Bruce re-did the drawing with a smile and a great attitude. Finally, our home in Severna Park just settled in July. A prospective buyer had bent the latch of the gate during a showing of our home. I emailed Bruce and he sent his son out the next day to install a brand-new latch the day before settlement. “They replaced my old deck deck and built a deck around my above ground pool. They did a great job and I am happy with the finished product. I did feel like the job could have been completed in 5 days, not 7. The crew sometimes didnt start until 10 and knocked off at 3 with an hour for lunch. It was July and very hot, but as the homeowner I told them they could start as early as they wanted. Might have been betetr to work more before it got real hot.”
