“We have used Landscape Concepts continuously since 2012 for landscape services, mowing and routine maintenance and clean up. They are really good at minimizing any disturbance of surrounding plants when they are working. They keep our property looking as good as it can be. Their crews are excellent: thorough, efficient, respectful and responsive. Their clean up after working is always really great. They have planted, transplanted, and removed trees, bushes and other plantings at my exact direction (I'm very hands-on). While the cost to guarantee their plantings is high (60% of the cost of the plant material) it is the industry standard and Dale honors his guarantee with no-cost replacement. They do excellent hard-scaping (stone walls, brick and paver patios, etc). They are usually pretty prompt, but some seasons are pretty busy, so give yourself some lead time if you have a hard deadline. Dale is very knowledgeable, responsive, accessible and easy to coordinate with. I find a lack of continuity with landscape architects on staff, so it is helpful for you to have an idea of what you like or want when it comes to designing a space. I always keep a project plan with detailed notes and make progress updates. Credit card payment is not accepted.”

They did a fabulous job and I highly recommend dealing with Bill Siewert. You can tell he's been in the industry for a long time and he really knows the business. We recently had a severe storm with damaging winds and I had a tree fall against my house and into my yard. Upon falling, it destroyed several landscape features in my yard and I again called Outdoor Lifestyle Landscapes. Bill Siewert returned my phone call within 20 minutes, scheduled a time to assess the damage the very next day and provided a very detailed and comprehensive estimate within an hour. The repair installation was scheduled within a reasonable time frame and the crew was courteous and respectful of my property. Tim Krueger's designs were extremely good for our applications and the actual installations went very well and timely. His work crews were very good, professional, and very easy to communicate with. “A city utility project destroyed a large portion of our existing landscaping; located on a very steep slope along our entire eastern property line. We faced a massive landscaping project which needed to address not only asthetics, but also creative design to limit erosion. Fortunately, Oak Valley had been recommended by friends, and we called Bruce. Our expectations were high, but Oak Valley exceeded them in every respect. Bruce not only drafted a thoughtful and detailed plan, he really listened to us - the design and hardscape/plants we preferred, our ability (limited) as gardeners to care for the project over time, and how we use the space. He also took the time to look at our neighbors' landscaping to be sure ours would fit in - and both neighbors and strangers stop by to say how beautiful it looks. His team was amazing; they were efficient, skilled, very pleasant to work with - and left the site as clean and organized as possible at the end of every day. We had to start the project in the spring on an emergency basis; we couldn't wait for fall planting. There have been torrential downpours and a scorching summer since completion, but the slope holds firm and the landscaping is beautiful. There have been a few plant casualties, but Bruce advised at the outset that we would do a checkup in the fall to update as needed. In the interim, he has patiently and promptly answered every "How do we take care of....?" question, and has stopped by several times to check on the project. Oak Valley turned a mud pit into a unique and beautiful garden, and sudden stress into a very enjoyable experience. Like our friends, we recommend Oak Valley highly.”
