“Craftsman Construction provided us with a building experience that was easy and worry free. Jerry was very professional, honest and trustworthy. Whenever a problem became apparent within our project, he thoughtfully resolved the issue. He was patient with us when we decided to make an aesthetic changes, even after the specified work had been completed. But most importantly, Craftsman's quality is what keeps us coming back to Jerry. We will build another house with Craftsman when it is time to downsize. Timothy and Amy Nojaim I would like to continue my review of Craftsman Construction. It has now been 8 years since Jerry has built our home. We have temporarily moved overseas. We have continued using Jerry and Craftsman Construction to manage the upkeep and occasional repairs to our wonderful house, while we have been away. “I had the pleasure of working with Jean and Jeff of Southern Image Design Builders on a screened enclosure on my home. It wasn't just any screened enclosure - it was an A-frame design with a tower leading to a spiral staircase down to our first-floor. They were wonderful to work with -- on time, on budget, with many excellent suggestions on design features from Jean. I would hire them again and recommend them without hesitation.”

“HomeMadons, Inc. completed a small job for me. He replaced my laundry room door which was semi-basic. They retrofitted a door that required mortising of hinges and used new hardware. The new door with frosted glass and stencil picture pops the area and really makes it stand out! He and his crew were extremely professional, on-time, and worked within my tight schedule! I would highly recommend them for any work and will be using them in the future!”

“After receiving several estimates to turn our attic into a master bedroom suite with a bathroom, we went with Thomas Custom Builders (TCB). They did not provide the cheapest estimate we received, but they were extremely professional, provided the most thorough information, seemed focused on doing things right, and we were really comfortable working with them and communicating with them. We are extremely happy we went with TCB. The renovation process hasn't been perfect - which is really not possible - but TCB has been excellent at finding solutions to the unforeseen things we could not anticipate. More importantly, they do things the right way and are honest about what is going on and what needs to be done. This was our first renovation, so we asked a ton of questions, but the entire TCB team always took the time to talk us through stuff and answer any questions we had. Lastly, the quality of their work is superb. We've had some neighbors over throughout the process who have gone through several renovations and they commented that they could tell TCB were true craftsmen based on the quality of their work. I would highly recommend their services and will hire them for any renovation work we do in the future.”

“We live in a 135 year old historic home on capitol hill hill in Washington D.C. We had been searching for a contractor to diagnose and repair some major structural problems when we got referred to Kingston. From our first meeting and throughout the following fifteen months they handled every aspect of the job with honesty, integrity and skill. All my emails and phone calls were answered promptly, and every unforeseen event, no matter big or small, was dealt with care and consideration. Recently I recommended Kingston to a friend. She had gotten many estimates for her job, and then received one from Kingston as well. The advice I gave her sums it up best. I told her, " whatever happens during the project, Kingston's priority will be your 100 percent satisfaction every step of the way.”

“We are in love with our new Stone Patio. It was such a pleasant experience working with Rosete Hardscapes. During our first meeting, Rafael Rosete understood what our needs were perfectly and he came up with an even better vision and design than what we had in mind, which completely sold us on the project. This made the quotation phase go much more smoothly. He also accompanied us while looking for Stone material and guided us expertly through the material selection process.The planning, project management and execution of the work was just flawless and very efficient. The crew had thought and planned every minor detail and had the correct tools and equipment for the tasks. It was a much bigger project than we had anticipated. The crew finished the project on time even after we added a few last minute requests. And they were always very professional and helpful while fulfilling the new requests. I would highly recommend these folks who are very skillful in what they do and humble and sincere in their service.”
