We have been very happy with results of the design which included a large amount of hardscape work (patio, steps, walkways), as well as many plants. Ms. Pantoja, head architect, worked with us closely to develop the plans, taking into consideration our wants, desires, and budget. She accompanied us to pick out the plants, and she was onsite for much of the hardscape work. We would recommend bp design highly.”

“Seoane Landscape Design was hired to build an outdoor patio, kitchen, fireplace, and water feature in a relatively small outdoor space. They spent a considerable amount of time listening to our ideas and goals for the project before coming up with a elegant design that was both consistent with our vision and within our predetermined budget. We also talked with several other potential contractors but chose Seoane because of their reputation for excellent craftsmanship, ability to meet deadlines, and outstanding customer service. Seoane lived up to their reputation in every way. During the project phase, they were very responsive to questions that arose along the way, coordinated effectively with other involved professionals (plumbing, electrical, irrigation), and maintained an organized, safe work area. When we made a few adjustments to the plan mid project, they happily accommodated, showcasing their extensive knowledge when thinking through the technical implications, and still completed the project on time. They also treated our project as if it was being built for a family member, examining the quality of the work performed each day and making enhancements where needed to ensure it met their high standards. We loved the outcome as well as the experience and would use Seoane again without question. It's not often you can say it was a pleasure having a work crew at your house, but my boys, my dog and I all enjoyed having Gilmore Landscape Architecture on site. The exterior of my home was completely transformed; Rob's expertise in terrain and site planning was fundamental to creating a stunning final result. He made sense of a plot that was uneven and mostly covered in cracked pavement. “Nilton and the crew were great. I had switched over a new guy this summer to help to start his business. Nilton was a pure pro when I told. As time went on the new service struggled finding workers and services I needed in May couldn't be done until August. Curbs to the rescue. I sent Nilton a text on Saturday , he respond with a visit on Monday and a quote on Tuesday. Started work the following Monday and by the end of the week --- I had trimmings removed (a lot) , areas cleared and prep for bed mulching and edging to spread 20 cubic feet of mulch - that's correct 2 truckloads.
