We also had him do three other gardens for us. All with plants and trees I have never seen before. His employees do a wonderful job. They clean up everything and take it with them. They are very knowledgeable of the environment and the perfect plant for the location . We are very pleased with his work and highly recommend him. Some of the gardens are over three years old and are still beautiful !”

“We hired Anne Walters to redesign and refine the landscape around my 1926 home. The house is halfway down a slope and Anne designed a circular herb garden carved out of the slope on the uphill side. She echoed the form of that in a semicircular terrace on the downhill side. Her design tied in to the old home's existing features with an exquisite sense of scale. Her plan also added trees, and extensive plantings, both near the house and at the perimeter, as well as a new retaining wall near our driveway and entryway garden. Anne gave us a lovely sequence of plant interest all around the house, along with a subtle and pleasing lighting design. She was a good resource for contractors for all aspects. Three years later, I am delighted with my views from inside the house, and the spaces created outside - and in all seasons. Anne Walters is an excellent designer!”

“Where to begin? That was our dilemma. We had been in our home for 30 years and had a long list of items that needed to be addressed. Most of our mature trees had recently been taken out, but we still had a tremendous amount of existing plants in our backyard. We had a vision, but didn't know how to bring it to life. Have you ever visited your friendly garden center in an attempt to gain advice? You bring home the "perfect plants" and put them in the ground, only to find yourself digging them out several years later? That was our experience, over and over again. Because we love to "collect" roses, peonies, hydrangeas, etc., a beautiful flow and design, that would accommodate all of our favorites was also important to us. Bill delivered on every element. He drew up a workable plan for our sloped backyard which eased the chore of mowing a steep bank. Bill also helped us choose the correct trees, evergreens, perennials and groundcovers to fit the space and keep maintenance to a minimum. Most importantly, Bill designed a framework with boundaries which gives our gardens a cohesive look for timeless beauty. The professional, expert advice we received was well worth the time and investment we made. We would like to work with Bill again next year when we redo the landscaping in our front yard.”

“We've worked with Tony Dufour since 1997 on landscapes for two different homes. He designed and installed full landscapes for both properties including ornamental and privacy plantings, walkways and driveway improvements.
