From the time we contracted with them (early May), we were guaranteed a completion date by mid-June. Other contractors were guaranteeing August/September due to their workload. The work was amazing and we would 100% recommend their services.”

Very unusual designs and most appreciated. I have enjoyed working with them over these last few years. They bring books to show you what plants will go in. To have the entire project completed took a few years and was done in sections and the property looked great during all the three years as each section was completed.”

“MasterPlan provided me with a complete landscape design for my backyard patio, pool area and deck. From the time Josh and I first met to discuss the project through the end of the construction, Josh was nothing but professional, knowledgeable and accessible. Josh provided a state of the art 3D digital proposal for my patio, deck and pool area and the final product exceeded my expectations. He oversaw all aspects of the project including obtaining the architectural drawings, filing for permits, attending a variance hearing and supervising the multiple subcontractors on the project. Josh was available for any questions or concerns that arose and checked in with me frequently for my feedback and to keep me up to date with scheduling. Josh has a welcome attention to detail and pointed out small changes that made a big difference. The final product is an impressive and welcoming backyard oasis that my family and friends will enjoy for many years. “Matt Benzi is knowledgable about trees and plants. We appreciate his environmentally aware, sustainable approach to all landscape issues. We have been suffering away with lawn cutters and landscapers who don't seem to get that grass does not need mowing every week. It's easier and better for their business we suppose but not good for grass and plants. Matt seems to look at projects holistically and to use native plants and understands the local conditions. He's prompt with communication and job completion and if you're lucky Shadow(his magical dog) accompanies him on projects. “Gale Nurseries is a great company. I called their office and was able to get a quick appointment for a consultation. They spoke to me about the possibilities for my property and followed up with having someone come to my house to help create a design. They were extremely knowledgable about outdoor plants and architecturally creative in designing a concept plan that would work with what I wanted. They were very prompt and service oriented. They will not sell you anything that you don't need or that won't work on your property. They spent ample time showing me properties that were similar to what I wanted on my land. They were very thorough in my options and gave pros and cons to different types of architectural strategies. Overall it was very helpful. I highly recommend them if you are looking for any type of concept design no matter how large or small.”

“Apple Tree provided an exceptional design proposal for the complete remodeling of our challenging sloped landscape. The design included a new stone stair/walkway, an enhanced erosion prevention concept for the hilly front of our property, an extended boulder garden, updated plantings around our house to shield a new whole house generator, a blind of hemlocks to enhance privacy on our back porch, along with a new sod lawn and a complete irrigation system to maintain the entire site. An enhanced accent lighting system provided a finishing aesthetic touch to the project that we will treasure for years to come. The project leaders, Wayne (design), Len (project management), and Rich (irrigation), were a highly professional team that exceeded our expectations in all aspects including timing, budget, adapting to our personal needs, and quality of the overall outcome. “Outside The Box Landscape is an outstanding landscaping company that we have used for several projects at our home in New Hope, PA. We cannot say enough about how happy we are with our beautiful raised bed vegetable garden that started as just a plot of grass in the yard and is now a beautiful gated garden with a white arbor and a garden gate bell. The garden still looks great in the middle of the winter, which was important for us in making the decision to having a vegetable garden built. From this first project we have now had Steve and his team - - build a awesome stone firepit and flagstone sitting area surrounded by a butterfly garden complete with bluebird boxes. -plant a privacy screening consisting of evergreens mixed with several types of blossoming trees and bushes. -another garden under large established trees adding a stone bench and bird houses and several low maintenance deer resistant plants. -a small fruit tree / secret garden orchard which is our latest project. Steve is extremely knowledgeable, always reachable and always working towards creating low maintenance drought tolerant gardens. He uses plants that reduce the need for mulch and that keep the deer from our gardens. I highly recommend using Outside The Box for landscaping projects and gardening advice.”
