From the time we contracted with them (early May), we were guaranteed a completion date by mid-June. Other contractors were guaranteeing August/September due to their workload. “MasterPlan provided me with a complete landscape design for my backyard patio, pool area and deck. From the time Josh and I first met to discuss the project through the end of the construction, Josh was nothing but professional, knowledgeable and accessible. Josh provided a state of the art 3D digital proposal for my patio, deck and pool area and the final product exceeded my expectations. He oversaw all aspects of the project including obtaining the architectural drawings, filing for permits, attending a variance hearing and supervising the multiple subcontractors on the project. Josh was available for any questions or concerns that arose and checked in with me frequently for my feedback and to keep me up to date with scheduling. Josh has a welcome attention to detail and pointed out small changes that made a big difference. The final product is an impressive and welcoming backyard oasis that my family and friends will enjoy for many years. I have used designers and subcontractors on multiple occasions and this has been , by far, my best experience. I highly recommend Josh and MasterPlan to anyone considering an outdoor project. “Outside The Box Landscape is an outstanding landscaping company that we have used for several projects at our home in New Hope, PA. We cannot say enough about how happy we are with our beautiful raised bed vegetable garden that started as just a plot of grass in the yard and is now a beautiful gated garden with a white arbor and a garden gate bell. The garden still looks great in the middle of the winter, which was important for us in making the decision to having a vegetable garden built. From this first project we have now had Steve and his team - - build a awesome stone firepit and flagstone sitting area surrounded by a butterfly garden complete with bluebird boxes. -plant a privacy screening consisting of evergreens mixed with several types of blossoming trees and bushes. -another garden under large established trees adding a stone bench and bird houses and several low maintenance deer resistant plants. -a small fruit tree / secret garden orchard which is our latest project. Steve is extremely knowledgeable, always reachable and always working towards creating low maintenance drought tolerant gardens. He uses plants that reduce the need for mulch and that keep the deer from our gardens. I highly recommend using Outside The Box for landscaping projects and gardening advice.”
