I am not very good in coming up with ideas and Nanette was excellent in listening to what I envisioned and putting it on paper. She took care of everything, including dealing with the contractor. She had all kinds of ideas and brought the sample to me. If there were any problems at all with the contractor, Nanette took care of it.
