The work included a driveway, walks, two entrances, patio, pond, firepit, retaining walls, stormwater management (two rain gardens and an underground surge tank), site lighting and plantings. I am an architect so brought some of my own ideas to the project, good and bad. Kirsten was a great collaborator and a delight to work with. She is knowledgeable about the technical aspects of the work and a creative designer, for our project doing everything from addressing tricky grading and drainage problems to creating a beautiful environment in which we now happily spend as much time as possible.”

Miles created a private oasis with pool and full landscaping in the rear yard of an historic house that I renovated in Chestertown, MD as well as doing full landscaping design services for a 5 1/2 acre property on Broad Creek in Annapolis, MD. Miles was especially helpful in working with the county government to get me through the extensive permitting process required to build a new house in the Critical Buffer Zone along a body of water in Annapolis. “Annabelle Sailer and her team get 5 stars for what they did to landscape our small space in March 2011. She took our yard in Murray Hill and turned it into something breathtaking! Not only that, but we had a wedding to get ready for and it was ready (the physical work) in 10 days! That included an original fish pond that she had her stone mason build for us. We had no way for a back hoe to bring in a prefab one which was our first plan. People compliment our front and side yard all the time and when I take them around back it takes their breath away! She created a miracle in what was a small, challenging space. We welcome anyone considering this landscape design company to come by and take a look.”
