“I spent hours trailing the Internet and numerous garden centres for rattan furniture also other styles, I really did my home work, it wasn't until I took the extra little journey to wickford, Essex that I felt finally confident, happy and ready to purchase. Not an easy buy is furniture and accessories, however the experienced staff weren't fussy, were warming, knowledgable and made it all that easy. See you again soon.”

“We worked with the wonderful Francesca of Fable and Base to design and make all the curtains & blinds for our new build. We had a family workshop with our children for them to shape their own personal 'nature inspired' designs that Fran then took and made into a professional print. We love the fact that the dyes are non toxic and the fabrics are organic - and we have completely bespoke window dressings that we love (and no-one else has!). We'd definitely recommend working with Fable & Base for your bespoke fabric needs. Thank you Fran x (The new house, screenprinting workshop and curtains can all be seen on Building the Dream 21/02/17! )”

“JackJames Furniture were wonderful from the start of the project right through to the end. They designed and installed an Art Deco inspired library with bleached Oak ladder and matching window seat. What really stood out was the care they took in every part of the project, from the design (when we were offered a number of different, carefully considered options) through to its execution. James and Jackie really understood what we wanted, and made fantastic suggestions. For example, our shelves were floor to (almost) ceiling and they designed a beautiful ladder which allows us to reach the top shelf but also stores flat against the shelves when not in use. They were very knowledgeable and enthusiastic throughout. They met their budget and worked well with another contractor. We have already decided to employ them again in another few projects. We would highly recommend them to others.”

“We got CosyWood to make a dining table for us in March 2016. I have to say, not only do we absolutely love the table, the service provided was second to none. There was a slight glitch with our table when it arrived (a glitch spotted by the CosyWood guys and not us). They were not happy with this small issue and went to unbelievable lengths to rectify it. They wanted perfection, and I have to say that is what we have got. Add to that the price we paid was significantly better than any other bespoke furniture manufacturer we spoke to. I run a consultancy business, and know a fair amount about customer care, Nik and Dimitri were fantastic, I could not recommend them more highly. Indeed we are about to order more for our house, but also for my office!”
