We stumbled across Johnny's table and instantly knew it was what we were looking for; it was made from a solid piece (800 pounds) of gorgeous bubinga wood, resting on two curved, custom-cast glass legs, and finished perfectly to show off the grain. We met Johnny at his factory to view the table, and it was there we realized he is an artist whose medium is wood. In the 10 years since we purchased the dining room table and his cantilevered chairs, we have bought many more of his creations. Though they are very different in purpose (from a pear wood hallway table to a wenge bed and dressers) all of them are beautifully designed, meticulously crafted from beautiful wood, and completely original.”
