I was working on a short timeline because I wanted to line up a designer in time for our son's birthday. Sally scheduled a call late at night to accommodate our schedule and time zone. She immediately followed up with a contract that clearly laid out the scope of work. Sally also rose to the challenge of working with a young professional whose job required him to be out of town and in Europe during the engagement. She managed to arrange key in-person meetings around our son's travel and then worked remotely in between face-to-face meetings. She delivered the contracted outputs on time and on budget. She strictly focused on our son's design tastes and lifestyle, yet touched based with us to advise us of their progress. Most importantly, our son is extremely pleased with Sally's work Sally gave him the vision and ideas he needs to start executing the plan they developed together. without being overly prescriptive.
