Donna Barr is an award-winning interior designer known for her extraordinary customer service and for the unique, custom interiors she creates for prominent clients in Indianapolis and Carmel. Donna, a specialist in luxury and high value interior design, has 40 years experience developing one-of-a-kind interiors for executives, entrepreneurs, financial experts, doctors, lawyers, pharmaceutical reps and other successful professionals in Indiana and around the country. In addition to offering a full range of design services, she is a gifted interior consultant and coach. She advises clients on topics ranging from how to enhance the value – and resale value – of their homes to how to “age in place” in those homes. Nearly 75% of her work is repeat business, and she has served some of her clients for as long as 25 years. Donna, whose work has appeared in publications nationwide, has a reputation for creating a “Wow!” factor in each of her projects. Her designs are so original that she never uses the same fabrics, furniture or accessories for more than one client.

Donna is a joy to work with. She works hard to please us and taps every resource and "trick" she has up her sleeve. She is respectful of and accommodates my disability and my limited mobility. She is most professional, very creative, and makes you feel like you are her upmost priority. She understands budget constraints and works with us to stay within our financial limitations. The information given below relates to our living room redo (the most recent project) but we also used Donna to do a major remodel of our master bathroom and the total cost was over $20,000 for that project. I highly recommend Donna Barr Interior Design!.

Donna Barr lives in a restored Victorian. I live in a Deco/Modern home. How could such a major difference in taste turn into such a marvelous creative relationship? She LISTENS! When we moved to Louisville, Ky, we trusted the decor of our new home to the person we knew had our style and interest at heart - Donna. Now she is working with us on our third project, retirement living. She is helping us navigate the roadmap of building and suggesting ways to update the look we love. She supervised all parts of the project. We converted a close kitchen to an open space into our living room area. We are incredibly happy with the results!
