“We worked with Hartley & Hill Design to completely renovate and redesign our kitchen last summer. They were fantastic and we cannot say enough about how wonderful they were. We met with them and described the concepts that we wanted (functional and classic, keeping in mind that we like to entertain, but we have small children and a busy family life). They put together the design and sat down with us to explain their ideas very thoroughly and also run through the budget. They came up with a fantastic design that we never would have thought possible, incorporating very creative ideas, while still keeping in mind our budget as well as our personal preferences. It was a very collaborative process, with us being as involved as we wanted to be, but not feeling like we had to manage a project; they expertly managed the project for us! All of the subcontractors they hired were first class. The renovation was very well organized, there was consistent open communication, any hiccups along the way (as will happen in any project this size) were managed smoothly and effectively. Needless to say, we are thrilled with the end result. We can't wait to use them again soon to redesign our dining room/living room area. We would highly recommend them!”

“Sue is an amazingly talented, creative designer and project manager. We first worked together at our manhattan office when whe transformed a receptionists' area into a small conference room. She thinks out of the box and created a beautiful, useable space that has changed the entrance to our office suite. I found Sue to be such a pleasant, easy going and lovely person with whom to work that I asked her to work on some rooms in our home. She reimagined my home office which always felt cramped and gloomy into an open, modern room which is now our favorite space in the house. We are continuing to work together on updating and modernizing additional rooms. Sue is the best designer and I highly recommend her!”

“I called on Eclectic Design to design and install window treatments in my new office. I also asked them to arrange and hang wall art. The work was completed on time and on budget. The window treatments are just gorgeous and give my office an upscale and very professional look. Working with Laurene is wonderful experience. She consulted and collaborated with me through the entire process. In addition to being conscious of my budget, she really understands who I am as a person, as well as my business's brand. All of this is reflected in the final result. I couldn't be more pleased. My clients and other professional visitors to my office are impressed too! This project was particularly challenging as we purchased a house from a developer mid construction so had to work with existing elements that had already been selected and blend them with our aesthetic. She helped us select everything: tile, plumbing fixtures, doors, hardware, lighting, counters, backsplash, paint and furnishings to create our dream home! Throughout the process she has been super responsive, organized, detailed, and just a pleasure to work with. We could not had a better experience!”

“Ellen Kilroy at Ethan Allen in Danbury has been my sales person for the last 12 years. She is friendly and very knowledgeable and has helped me chose my dining room set, area rug and silhouette shades for my dining room, a couch, chairs and area rug for my living room, and most recently a sofa bed and a plantation shutter for my den. She is excellent at choosing fabrics. When she couldn't reupholster a chair at Ethan Allen, she referred me to an upholstery store that did an excellent job. I respect her and highly recommend her. I look forward to working with her for many years to come.”

“We used Danielli and her team to remodel a condominium. She handled every aspect of the job including the design, hiring the contractors, demolition and rebuild. We are very happy with the results. We now rent the unit out at a premium rent. Everyone who sees the place comments on how beautiful it is. I recommend Danielli for any project and intend to work with her again.”
