“We have worked with Penelope Daborn Ltd. on several occasions. We are always pleased with the results. Penny has helped in choosing colors, fabrics and drapes. We recently built a new porch and we had seen a sofa we liked in a magazine. Penny helped to design the piece to be built. In addition she helped with the spatial arrangement of the room, the selection of fabric and window coverings and additional furnishings. We originally worked with Penelope Daborn Ltd. 7 years ago when we moved to a new house. We always come back for her expert eye, wealth of knowledge and the top notch coordination in making the arrangements for acquiring what we need.”

“Karen is a top notch professional! She has an amazing sense of evaluating a space and knowing just what will work there. She has a natural sense of color and style. Karen is very attentive to details and always listens to what the client would like to accomplish and is very sensitive to budget. If you don't have a clear pitcher of what you end game is she will walk you through some design ideas and let you decide what works best for you. She is a creative genius quite frankly and a pleasure to work with. Very honest and genuine which is rare these days. I would highly recommend calling her for a consultation...you won't be disappointed !!!!!!!!!”

Gail Gross, the owner and proprietor, creates a focused environment by discussiion and interpretation of the client's perceptions and desires. Gail is particularly good at matching desires with deliverables. She has a unique way of probing and interpreting the client's goals and aspirations and interpreting them into expected deliverables. Experience in lighting design, fabrics, as well as an educator in interior design. Receptive to client input and also provides pointed feedback. Easy to work with, and professional business acumen. She has been instrumental in helping to develop a plan for encompassing my wishes in the overall remodel of my Center City condominium. She facilitates a customer focused implementation plan which could be immediate, or accomplished over time. Gail will not disappoint.”

Throughout the entire process, her attention to detail and commitment to excellence was unfailing. She took the time to understand our vision, and ensured that every element was perfectly aligned with measurements and construction. She worked closely with our builder and was present on a daily basis to field questions and issues. Her organizational skills are impressive, as is her ability to manage the vendors and secure optimal pricing. I cannot recommend Therese Kelleher highly enough.”

“Samantha was wonderful! We needed help with bringing cohesiveness to our house as we were building it, and she did a fabulous job! She listened to what we had in mind and then came up with lots of options that were even better than we imagined. From tiles, hardware, and tubs to mirrors, vanities, and light fixtures, she was able to make everything go so beautifully together. She was great to work with- responded to questions quickly, had unique ideas, was easy-going, and helped us stay in budget! We would definitely use her again!”
