“Joyce was great to work with. She was very mindful of my budget and gave me great ideas that fit within the project parameters I gave her. She was patient while I figured out what I wanted and helped me to develop creative solutions that I would have never thought of on my own. She easily managed that delicate balance of helping me to step outside of my comfort zone without being pushy or forcing her own style on me. I am very happy with the finished product and plan to work with Joyce again.”

“I can't say enough praise about JSB Designs. I worked with Jill while we renovated our home. It's a modest/small home, but she made things so easy and stress-free. I loved that she stopped by frequently, just to see how the house was coming along and ensure everything was done to her liking. One of my favorite projects was the bathroom tile. She picked a beautiful porcelain floor tile and had it installed diagonally. This took the design from ordinary to "designer". I would have never picked it/installed it that way on my own, but I LOVE it.”

The spaces ranging from 3,700-6,500 sq ft and prices ranging from $1.5M-$2.5M. Each penthouse was planned with a unique personality, the highest quality of materials, cutting edge design and carefully staged furnishings to showcase the homes with a "must-have" wow factor. Jimmy was present at every launch & charity event, bringing tremendous energy to the project, including receiving a design award from a local deign publication, the cover story within and of course another party to celebrate it all. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!”
